How Fast Can You Get a Custom Backdrop?
For confirmed rush orders, eligible products can be dispatched within 24 hours after order confirmation. Courier delivery is then estimated at 3–5 business days.

How to Place a Rush Order
POB does not have a fixed daily production cut-off time. You can place an order at any time. To request expedited service, clearly mention your deadline when submitting the order.
Add your request in the Special Instructions field at checkout or email your sales representative. Include the following information:
- Product model, size, and quantity
- Delivery ZIP code or full address
- Required event date
- Artwork file, if available

How Much Does Rush Shipping Cost?
There is no fixed rush shipping fee. The additional cost depends on your ZIP code, destination, and available courier services.

What If the Courier Is Delayed?
If tracking shows a delay, contact POB with your order number and tracking details. Our team will call the courier to request an update and follow up on the shipment.
We also recommend contacting your local courier station to check the package status and request prompt delivery. Cooperation between the sender and the local delivery team can help move the shipment forward.
